All of our products are delivered to your door direct using third party couriers. Deliveries typically take place between the hours of 08:30am & 18:30pm Monday To Friday and will require a signature.
Once your order has been picked & packaged we ship using an overnight delivery service which allows us, in the majority of cases, to deliver your order on a day of your choosing so that you can arrange for someone to be in to accept delivery.
Due to the nature of our product which is referred to as "ugly" freight (irregular long lengths and shapes) we cannot give any timed deliveries only a delivery day. We can help you track your parcel on the given delivery day after 11am.
DO NOT BOOK ANY TRADESMEN UNTIL YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND INSPECTED
On the day of your delivery please check that
- You are Signing for the correct number of parcels
- All parcels signed for are in good condition
- You contact us on the day of delivery if there are any missing parcels
- Any damaged parcels are signed for as damaged
- All parcels signed for are addressed to you
- You open and inspect your goods on day of delivery
- You contact us within 24 hours with any issues with the products delivered
All goods signed for are received in good condition, please ensure you follow the above guidelines
We will only ever charge you one delivery charge no matter how many products you purchase. If you buy a mixture of the below you will be charged the higher price for delivery.
Our delivery charges for UK Mainland only including VAT
Due to the nature of our products, deliveries may be both heavy and long in length. Please ensure there are sufficient people on site to receive the delivery and assist in off loading. If this is not possible please advise us when placing you order so we can discuss options to ensure a trouble free delivery. Blueprint Joinery Ltd makes every effort to advise you when the delivery will be made and will not be held liable for any difficulties encountered during off loading. This is a curbside delivery service.
Please Note : The delivery driver may leave your goods in a secure location or with a neighbor if you are not there to accept your delivery on the specified day. If no one is present to sign for and accept the delivery we may have to apply an additional delivery charge for re-delivery. This is because we ourselves will be recharged by our delivery couriers therefore it is important that someone is able to accept the delivery. Collections can be arranged by calling our sales office on 01691 671020. We do carry the majority of our products in stock, however we recommend that you call us before making the trip to ensure we have your order picked and ready for collection
